In-House Tool Manufacturing.
PPT services include a fully equipped mold shop providing both new tool
fabrication, as well as maintenance and modifications of existing molds.
Supporting our customers from project conception, through the stages of design,
material selection and mold fabrication to the final molded part. Our capabilities
however, do not stop there.
Our Tooling and Mold Fabrication department includes:
- 2 CAD/CAM systems w/ MasterCam, SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- 1 Fadal VME 3016 CNC machining center
- 1 Lagun CNC Milling machine with Crusader Series M controller
- 2 Hansvedt E.D.M. machines
- 2 Rockford-Harrison lathes
- 5 Bridgeport and Lagun milling machines, all with digital readouts
- 1 Friedrich Deckel 3-dimensional pantographs
- 4 Surface grinders
- 1 Westoff drilling machine
- 2 Deckel cutter grinders - 50
Complete AC and DC as well as gas welding equipment and annealing oven.
